Reporting the times of early childhood education electronically
A guardian reports the child’s times in care and absences through eAsiointipalvelu. At the same time, the guardian can follow the processing of the service agreement, as the electronic service shows the reserved, realised and remaining hours. The times of care should be reported by Monday the week before at 12.00. If there are sudden changes to the times of care, for example, the child becomes ill or the week is already locked, the changes should be reported directly to the place of early childhood education.
Preschool education
A place in preschool education can be applied for through eAsiointipalvelu, and the school districts should be considered when choosing the place of preschool education. If using the electronic service is not possible, the form can be printed from the link on the site.
Electronic notification of the decision on placement and fee
If the child’s guardian has a valid e-mail address and they have given the consent to receiving decisions regarding early childhood education electronically, the decisions will be sent through eAsiointipalvelu. The guardian will receive a notification about the decisions to their e-mail, and the decisions can be viewed from the link on the site.
