Family day care

Family day care is home-like early childhood education in a small group, taking place at a family day care worker’s home. Home-made food, plenty of outdoor activities and a lap, individual basic care, a small group, and a home-like way to operate are the basis of family day care. A family day care group can consist of up to four children.

Family day care is organized in Sotkamo in the areas of Makkosenmäki, Rauramo, Tenetti and Vuokatti, and there are currently 32 places in family day care.
